Just a note to say Thank You Very Much for the Excellent Customer Service and your overall dedication to Customer Satisfaction. As you know, my sons and I were driving in from Dallas, TX to pick up our new Polaris Sportsman 500 and Kawasaki KLX 125. When I called from the road to let you know that we would be arriving very close to your closing time and that perhaps we should plan on picking up our new cycles the next morning, Joel was very gracious in suggesting that we should continue to drive in that evening and your staff would wait for us! Needless to say, we don't get that kind of service in the big city and I truly appreciate your taking the extra time to ensure we purchased the best two units for our needs!
Everything from Clint's package deal, to Joel's last minute size/model adjustment for the dirt bike; all was done very professionally and we never felt rushed or pushed to make an uncomfortable decision. Furthermore, KC went that extra mile to completely and thoroughly explain all the safety/operational issues with both units. He truly helped make my boys feel confident that they completely understood all the challenges of riding their first motorcycle. If all your customers receive the type of treatment we experienced, I am sure you will continue to be a very significant dealer for both Kawasaki and Polaris.

" I contacted your dealership and spoke with Shawn about getting the best price on a new TTR125 for my wife. He gave me the lowest price out of at least 20 dealerships I had contacted in the Texas and Oklahoma areas. I told him we lived in the Dallas area and would come in Saturday to buy the bike. It seems all you hear about are the "lowest prices" shops out of state that wait until you drive hundreds of miles to hit you with more fees and charges. Not in our case. We sat down and were presented with a bill of sale showing the exact price we had agreed on over the phone. My wife and I were back on the road in such a short time we discussed how we had never had such a smooth purchase of a motorcycle. Thanks for making my wifes' first new motorcycle purchase a good one. Looks like now we know where to go for my next bike."
